Strata Staff Global (“Strata Staff”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information through this website and related forms, including enquiries, booking links, the Strata Capacity Test, training enrolment forms and Careers applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Canadian version is framed with reference to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)<\/strong> and its fair information principles, where they apply to our collection, use and disclosure of personal information in the course of commercial activity. Provincial privacy laws may also apply depending on your location and the nature of the interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Personal information we collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We collect personal information that you provide directly, information generated by website forms and systems, and limited technical information from your browser or device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enquiry, “Talk To Us” and consultation forms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you contact us through the website, including the “Email Us”, “Talk To Us”, “Tell Us More” and consultation flows, we may collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, agency or company name, country, requirements, role or position interest, experience level and any message or other information you choose to submit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main embedded enquiry forms send lead details to the Strata Staff Global CRM at crm.stratastaffglobal.com<\/code> using a LeadCapture API. The Canadian form uses a Canada-specific CRM LeadCapture endpoint and may email details to internal recipients such as admin, solutions and related team inboxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Booking system<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Some pages embed Microsoft Bookings for “Schedule Free Discovery Call” or similar consultation bookings. When you use that booking tool, Microsoft may collect the details requested in the booking form, such as your name, contact details, booking time and any information you enter. Those details are used to schedule and manage the appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strata Capacity Test \/ scorecard<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you complete the Strata Capacity Test, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, province\/state, lot count, answers to the scorecard questions, overall score, result band, capacity score, stress score and growth readiness score. These submissions are stored in the website database in a scorecard submissions table and an email notification is sent to our configured lead notification inbox, currently falling back to hello@stratastaffglobal.com<\/code> if no other recipient is configured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Careers and job applications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you apply for a role through the Careers pages or a job detail page, we may collect your first name, last name, age, gender, email address, mobile\/contact number, address, preferred work schedule, role applied for, availability and uploaded resume. Your resume may include employment history, education, qualifications, references and any other information you include in the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Career forms use Contact Form 7 and related anti-spam tools. Submissions may be stored in the website database, sent by email to Strata Staff Global recruitment\/admin recipients, and processed through WordPress\/Contact Form 7 file upload handling. Older or legacy Careers content may also embed a careers portal at careers.stratastaffglobal.com<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strata Staff Academy and training forms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you submit Strata Staff Academy or Foundation Training enrolment forms, we may collect your full name, email address and phone number. These forms send details to training-related inboxes, including training@stratastaffglobal.com<\/code>, and may copy the email address you provide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other forms and embedded services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The site also includes or has included other operational forms, such as a credential request form that collects username, user email and agency name, and a Microsoft Forms “Client Thermometer” embed. If you use an embedded third-party form, the information you enter is handled by that provider as well as by us where the submission is made available to Strata Staff Global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical, analytics and security information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you visit the site, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, approximate location, browser and device details, pages visited, referring URLs, time on page, cookie consent status, form anti-spam signals and server logs. The site currently has Google Site Kit \/ Google Analytics 4 configured, may use Matomo\/WP-Piwik where enabled, uses IP2Location redirection, uses Cloudflare Turnstile and honeypot fields for spam protection, and may load third-party assets or embeds such as YouTube\/Vimeo videos, Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Forms, Bootstrap CDN, Font Awesome CDN and Tailwind CDN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
