Trevor McGuinness (Owner/Co-Founder) and Paul Miller (Owner/Co-Founder) were deeply interested in a possible business concept in the Philippines. They discussed this as a group of entrepreneurs, amongst other ventures they wanted to try out. After much deliberation and consultation, plus several trips to the Philippines, Paul and Trevor decided to start beta testing Strata administration work in the Philippines.

Strata Staff was launched in April 2019, seeing valuable capabilities in servicing Strata companies with high-end business admin work offshore. By late 2020, Dan Fabros joined Strata Staff, helping Paul and Trevor with operations and business scalability.

Starting with three computers and a water dispenser, Strata Staff dedicated countless hours to documenting every strata admin task, even while servicing some agencies with just casual hours during that time. Despite facing roadblocks such as earthquakes, lockdowns, and the COVID-19 Pandemic, Strata Staff remained steadfast and continued to push forward, demonstrating resilience and a commitment to meeting challenges head-on.

Since the launch in April 2019, Strata Staff has enjoyed rapid growth in terms of the number of clients and the volume of strata administrative tasks routinely processed offshore daily. From processing the basic strata administrative tasks like archiving to complicated property and strata administration tasks like S184/S22 to handling levy queries and preparation of financial bank statements to inbox management and drafting AGM agendas – Strata Staff is currently handling as many as 200,000+ individual strata tasks per month.
